( bring random Items for a laugh in your bag and we bring them out for a picture and some banter)
Instructions will be at the circle up before the run!
Most don’t run with a small running style bag but maybe we can make an exception for this run and if you really don’t wanna then you can bring out ‘what’s in your bag’ when we are back to the vehicles before the down-downs!!"
